Hot Deals & Cool Happenings
1) In order to be eligible to participate in the
Hot Deals & Cool Happenings,
the business/organization must be a Chamber member in good
standing.
2) Promotions, events, activities, or introduction of new
products are eligible for this program. Examples include a
coupon for 10% off a service; wine tasting or book signing; or
the announcement of a new line of purses at a retail store. A
flyer simply outlining your business is not eligible.
3) It is the responsibility of the business/organization to
provide accurate and complete information. All forms must be
thoroughly filled-out and attachments received prior to the
start of the Chamber’s review process.
4) Each submission must have a start and end date up to thirty
(30) days (example: September 15 to September 30). Thirty (30)
days is the maximum length of time of the submission. After
thirty (30) days, the listing will be removed.
5) Only one (1) submission per business/organization may be
listed on the Chamber’s website at a time.
6) Each submission may have one (1) attachment (flyer, coupon,
or photo, etc) which does not exceed 8 ½” x 11”. The attachment
must be emailed to pcacc@cros.net as a pdf, jpg, or Microsoft
Word document.
7) Each submission will be reviewed by the Chamber in the order
it was received (by date and time). The Chamber has seven (7)
business days to review your submission.
8) You will be notified by email once your listing is approved.
Your listing will be available online within 24 hours of
approval and its start-date.
9) You will be notified by email if your listing is not approved
and the reason why. This could include incomplete information,
not in good standing, etc. The business/organization will have
an opportunity to complete the information and resubmit. The
review process will start all over again. Please see #7 above.
10) Inappropriate language, words, pictures, symbols, or the
misuse trademarks will not be accepted.
